// The natural features of the site are the heart and soul of this project. Bordered by a protected environmental area to the north, the building effectively wraps around it offering privacy and natural views for the residents. The fourth floor of the building steps in, allowing for a continuous terrace along the entire north elevation. The project is made up of two wings that are near mirror images of each other, with an amenity ‘building’ linking the two wings. In the amenity building is a fitness centre, a resident lounge, a meeting space and a terrace that cantilevers towards the environmental area to the north.

Even though the project is located along a busy arterial road, by setting it back from the street this project is about how architecture can engage with natural features in a respectful and compelling way. This building is also going to have LEED certification making it a leader among multi-unit residential projects in the city for sustainability and energy efficiency.
