PROJECT LEAD

We are looking for an ambitious, self motivated and energetic person to join our team. They will need to be adaptable and able to take on a number of roles within the studio. These roles will range from overseeing the preparation of design material, to the development of contract documents, to managing the construction administration of several projects. 

This position is meant for someone who:

  • Has 5-10 years of office experience in Canada or the US

  • Highly capable with Autodesk Revit

  • Passionate about architecture and design

  • Meticulous and detail oriented

  • Is able to lead a production team through the completion of a set of solid contract documents

  • Is a capable project manager who understands and is meticulous about construction administration

  • Understands how to manage consultants in order to ensure that milestones and deadlines are met

  • Takes ownership over their projects and responsibilities

  • Has experience with the preparation of contract documents and specifications

  •  Experience in multi-unit residential projects is an asset
