BEVAN RESIDENCES
// This semi-detached dwelling is located in Westboro and was designed by paying careful attention to the existing streetscape. With a large volume of new construction in the area, few projects were making use of the predominant cladding materials, and with this in mind the existing typology of one-storey brick cladding was carried into the design of the exterior of the project. Each unit is articulated in a different way, both in terms of the use of brick, and the use of the metal bands that create an architectural feature on the facade.
Inside, both units also have different layouts, but both feature main spaces that are double height which create a unique and memorable experience.
