BANK STREET OFFICES

This project involved the resdesgin of the exterior to emphasize the second floor office component and to give it a presence on the ground.  On the interior the lobby was redesigned using a palette of high contrast finishes and the layout was reconfigured to allow for a lift.  

The exterior glazing system makes use of a series of fritted glazing units that make reference to the existing facade that feature iconic vertical fins.  These fritted panels create a defining character for the exterior design without reducing the amount of daylight that is allowed to filter into the office space.
